About Mr. Shawn Jagnandan
Mr. Shawn Jagnandan joined the University of Guyana as a staff member in the year 2012. He is currently a mathematics lecturer within the Department of Mathematics, Physics & Statistics, Faculty of Natural Sciences.
Mr. Jagnandan holds an Associate of Science Degree in Mathematics, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics, a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (Mathematics) from the University of Guyana in addition to a trained teacher's certificate from the Cyril Potter College of Education. He also holds Master of Science Degree in Mathematics with the Atlantic International University.
Mr. Jagnandan's research experiences are based on improving students' performances especially in the foundation courses; these research experiences include factors contributing to students' poor performance and error analysis.
